Service Upgrades
Service upgrades increase the ampacity of a home to accommodate a greater electrical demand. Typically, homes with existing fuse panels, or circuit breaker panels under 200 amps need to be updated.
Fuse panels require service upgrades. Beyond not having enough power, insurance companies will no longer insure homes with fuse panels.
Service upgrades usually take 1 day to complete. BT understands the necessities of service upgrades and do our best to have the electrical inspection and power hook up scheduled the same day.

Branch Circuit Problems

ICF HousesInsulated concrete form (ICF) is a system of formwork for reinforced concrete usually made with a rigid thermal insulation that stays in place as a permanent interior and exterior substrate for walls, floors, and roofs.
Unlike conventional homes, electrical installations in ICF constructions require more detailed planning. Electricians install electrical wires by cutting through the insulation. The wires are then placed in the cut and sprayed with foam insulation to cover it. |
